Dr Nicky's Sublime Cuisine???

If today's interview doesn't go well, maybe I should pack in the idea of becoming an analyst, and open a restaurant. My cooking isn't too bad, and I seem to have whipped up a few pretty intense flavours in the last months. Thoughts??

Rabbit fried in garlic,
with a carrot and white wine reduction, and home made chips

Turkey breast stuffed with camembert, wrapped in bacon,
with butternut squash fritters and roast potatoes


Lasagne, made with fresh home made pasta

Sushi, with a range of  tuna filling, teriyaki beef filling, pesto omelette filling

Halloumi and roasted butternut squash salad,
with hobs biz-zejt

Spaghetti with prawns and sun dried tomatoes

Hoisin glazed tuna steak, with honey glazed parsnips,
and roast potatoes

Cod, salmon and smoked haddock in a white wine sauce,
with samphire and roast potatoes

Banoffee pie
Spiced chickpeas in a tomato sauce
Grilled marrows, peppers and aubergine
Meatball tagine
